Fur Fashion Hub operates under a strict no-refund policy. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that refunds shall not be provided except under exceptional conditions explicitly defined in this policy.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Any claim regarding damaged or defective products shall only be considered if accompanied by a continuous, unedited video recording of the unboxing process. The video must clearly show the sealed package prior to opening, the full unboxing procedure, and the condition of the product upon first inspection. Failure to comply with this requirement shall result in immediate rejection of the claim.
3. Reporting Timeline
Customers must report any issues related to damaged or defective products within twelve (12) hours of delivery. Claims made after this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Packaging and Quality Assurance
All products are packed under strict supervision and video surveillance to ensure quality and accuracy. These recordings are retained for internal security purposes and shall not be shared with customers. Such recordings may only be disclosed in the event of legal proceedings or when required by law.
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement requests may be considered solely at the discretion of Fur Fashion Hub in cases involving genuine errors such as incorrect sizing due to manufacturing or labeling issues. No replacement shall be provided for customer errors, including incorrect size selection or change of preference.
6. Non-Acceptance of Claims
Claims shall not be accepted under the following circumstances: absence of valid unboxing video proof, reporting beyond the stipulated 12-hour window, minor variations in color or design, or damage caused due to customer mishandling.
7. Final Authority
Fur Fashion Hub reserves the absolute and final right to approve or reject any request for refund, return, or replacement without any obligation to provide justification.
