3. Delays and Force Majeure
Fur Fashion Hub shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or any circumstances beyond its control.
4. Shipping Accuracy and Responsibility
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping details. Fur Fashion Hub shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
5. Transfer of Risk
Upon dispatch of the order to the courier service provider, all risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer. Fur Fashion Hub shall not be liable for any issues occurring during transit once the product has been handed over to the shipping partner.
